01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the zh77 platform at zh77.games, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with zh77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zh77. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the zh77 platform. Access to zh77 is provided on the condition that you accept these terms without modification.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a zh77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zh77 does not permit minors to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game on the platform. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any zh77 employee in a role with access to non-public platform information.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order you have previously requested through zh77's responsible gaming tools.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. zh77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have been opened with false or misleading details.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) zh77 account. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.

zh77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh77 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

zh77 offers two-step SMS verification as an additional security layer for all Pakistan player accounts. zh77 strongly recommends that all players enable this feature. You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised that activity, if it results from your failure to maintain adequate login security.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your zh77 account, you must contact zh77's English-language support team immediately via live chat.
• zh77 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from zh77 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• zh77 account names and registered email addresses cannot be changed once verified without completing a formal identity verification process with zh77 support.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. zh77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances, of which the Player will be notified in advance.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

All zh77 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zh77 does not apply currency conversion charges on any PKR transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount to a zh77 account is 200 PKR. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the zh77 cashier screen.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to a zh77 account within five (5) minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank) may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• zh77 requires identity verification (KYC) to be completed before the first withdrawal from any account. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid Pakistan CNIC.
• zh77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above 500,000 PKR per transaction.
• Deposits made to a zh77 account may not be reversed once they have been credited. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact zh77 support immediately.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

zh77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistan players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty programme rewards. All zh77 bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds credited to a zh77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus offer.
• Only wagers placed on eligible zh77 game categories count towards satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages vary — live baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements on certain zh77 promotions.

• Misuse of zh77 bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse strategies or exploiting promotional errors, constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

zh77 is committed to providing Pakistan players with a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment across all game categories including zh77 live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), Aviator, Phoenix Rises, Jackpot Slots, and Cockfighting.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zh77 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. Any Player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity risks immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one zh77 account, or operating a zh77 account on behalf of any other individual.
• Providing false identity information during zh77 registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any zh77 game or function.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any zh77 game algorithm, random number generator, or software.
• Engaging in collusion with other zh77 players in any live dealer game, including but not limited to signalling card holdings or coordinating wager timing.
• Attempting to launder funds through zh77 or using the zh77 platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Accessing zh77 using a VPN, proxy service, or any other method to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, money passing, or organised exploitation of zh77 bonus or loyalty systems.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the zh77 platform — including but not limited to the zh77 brand name and logo, game software, graphics, animations, sound effects, text, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of zh77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Pakistan players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use zh77 content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any zh77 content without express written permission from zh77.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the zh77 platform, including:

• Loss of PKR funds resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages affecting a player's ability to access zh77 during a game session.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate game odds, jackpot displays, or balance information caused by a technical error that zh77 was not aware of at the time.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's zh77 account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate login security.
• Any delay in the processing of PKR deposits or withdrawals caused by the payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, SadaPay, or Raast) rather than by zh77's own systems.

zh77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that Player to their zh77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

Either zh77 or the Player may terminate the Player's zh77 account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact zh77 English-language support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified withdrawable PKR balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within the standard zh77 withdrawal processing timeframe.

zh77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, without prior notice, and to withhold balances pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the account holder.
• Failure to complete zh77's identity verification (KYC) process within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, account sharing, or any other prohibited activity on the account.
• zh77 receiving a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a Pakistan payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the account.
• The account holder becoming subject to an insolvency or bankruptcy order.

12 Amendments to These Terms

zh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zh77 will notify Pakistan players via the registered email address on their zh77 account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the zh77 platform.

If you continue to use the zh77 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using zh77 and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any verified PKR balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the zh77 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to zh77's operating entity.

In the event of any dispute between a Pakistan Player and zh77 arising from these Terms & Conditions, the Player must first contact zh77's English-language support team via live chat to seek informal resolution. zh77 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally between the Player and zh77, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration under the procedural rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
